A manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical equipment and systems.

This role ensures operational reliability, minimizes equipment downtime, and supports preventive maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with industrial machinery, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems to reduce downtime and maintain production flow.
• Document maintenance activities using CMMS software or maintenance logs.
• Assist with root cause analysis and implement effective repair solutions for recurring issues.
  

Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair experience in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures efficiently
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and scheduling tools
• Effective communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a mechanic or maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with industrial equipment such as spray machines, panel saws, and CNC machines
• Basic understanding of CMMS or maintenance tracking systems (preferred)
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
