A growing healthcare company is seeking a Parent Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact between the company, parents, and caregivers.

The ideal candidate will have ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience or similar background and be able to provide support, guidance, and clear communication to ensure that families fully understand and engage with care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the company, parents, and families.
• Provide ongoing support and education to parents regarding care plans, therapy goals, and progress.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and therapists to ensure effective communication.
• Address questions, concerns, and feedback from parents in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Document parent communications and maintain accurate records.

Skills:

• Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or a similar field is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with good documentation practices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a healthcare or behavioral therapy setting is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
