A Real Estate Company is seeking a Secretary with outstanding communication skills.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and relay accurate information.

  • Coordinate office activities and perform general administrative tasks.

  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.

Skills needed:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Presentable and professional.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a secretary, receptionist, or administrative assistant.

  • Previous experience in a real estate or property management company (preferred but not required)
