A Credit Insurance Brokerage is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join their growing team.
The primary responsibilities of this role are to sell and renew insurance to businesses in this community and region.
Responsibilities include:
Sell group health insurance products including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Critical Illness, Life, Long Term Care, etc.
Pursue new prospect appointments through different outreach strategies and renew existing clients annually.
Manage onsite enrollment meetings with customer’s employees.
Maintain trust and working relationships with multiple insurance carrier partners.
Skills needed:
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
Must have successful B2B sales experience!
