This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and managing the procurement of materials to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience in estimating and purchasing within the construction or building materials industry.

• Estimating Costs: Analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate material cost estimates for clients and internal projects.

• Purchasing Materials: Source, negotiate, and purchase construction supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

• Vendor & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and availability of materials.

• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels, track purchase orders, and ensure materials are ordered within budget and project timelines.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in cost estimation.

• Knowledge of construction materials, pricing, and procurement processes.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for vendor management.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• 1+ years of experience in estimating, purchasing, or procurement within the construction or building materials industry.

• Familiarity with construction drawings, blueprints, and takeoff software is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
