A manufacturing company is seeking a Finishing Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in one of its fastest-growing departments.

The Finishing team plays a vital role in maintaining high production standards through custom color applications, refinishing, and product rework. This position requires strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and adaptability on a dynamic production floor.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Develop Team: Supervise finishing technicians and rework specialists to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Manage Workflow: Oversee daily operations, including custom finishing and rework, while minimizing production delays and optimizing throughput.
• Uphold Quality Standards: Ensure all finishing work meets or exceeds company standards before moving to the next production stage.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with Quality Control and Production Planning teams to resolve bottlenecks and align schedules with overall production goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment (finishing or woodworking experience is a plus).

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
