A growing construction supplies company is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations (DOO) to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will bring operational leadership, industry expertise, and a hands-on approach to managing supply chain, logistics, and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize daily operations, including supply chain, inventory, and logistics.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and support department heads across procurement, warehouse, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
