A dynamic interior design firm is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee client projects from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in interior design or a similarly fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight – Manage all phases of design projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Client Communication – Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Team Coordination – Collaborate with designers, vendors, and contractors to streamline workflow and resolve issues quickly.
• Quality & Delivery – Monitor project deliverables to ensure work meets design standards, deadlines, and quality expectations.
