A busy and fast-growing low voltage company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects and handle key operational functions.
This role is hands-on and dynamic, involving purchasing, dispatching, inventory management, billing, and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage purchasing, vendor relations, and material procurement for projects.
Oversee dispatching of technicians and scheduling of jobs.
Monitor and manage inventory to ensure accurate tracking and availability of materials.
Handle billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
Collaborate with leadership and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:
