A growing HVAC company is seeking Junior to Senior HVAC Technicians with 3-4+ years of experience in the HVAC service industry.

This position focuses on diagnosing and repairing commercial and residential HVAC systems. We're looking for individuals who excel in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment and are passionate about delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues in commercial and residential settings, ensuring effective and efficient solutions.
• Repair malfunctioning systems and components, restoring them to optimal operation.
• Collaborate with the team on complex diagnostic challenges, sharing insights and expertise.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines to ensure high-quality and safe service delivery.

Skills required:

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including diagnostics and repair.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and techniques used in HVAC troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple service calls efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• 3-4+ years of HVAC service experience, specializing in diagnostics and repairs.
• EPA 608 Universal (required).
• G60 – Torch Use of Flammable Gas
• F60 – Fire Guard Torch Operations
• Clean & Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
