A Real Estate Company is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper/Assistant for a hybrid position. 

A Real Estate Company is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Assistant.

This hybrid position offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial health of the company whilst supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Generating monthly financial reports for management review.
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Collaborating with team members and external vendors.

Skills needed:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements:

  • Must have working knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Ability to work from the Boro Park office 1-2 times/week.
