A growing Healthcare Company is looking for an IT Level 1 Technician to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing technical support and assistance to our staff members across various healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities include:
Provide first-line technical support to end-users experiencing hardware, software, or network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware devices.
Assist end-users with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Provide guidance on the use of standard software applications such as Microsoft Office suite, electronic medical records (EMR) systems, and other healthcare-specific software.
Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions according to company policies and procedures. Assist with password resets and account provisioning/deprovisioning as needed.
Skills required:
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service oriented and able to stay calm and professional in high pressure situations.
Tech-savvy.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in a healthcare or similar regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
