A well-established finance company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team.

This role requires 20 hours per week and is ideal for a professional with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of bookkeeping practices. The bookkeeper will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
  • Support budgeting processes and assist with audits as needed.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience (finance industry a plus).
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • An associate degree in accounting or a related field is a plus.
