A non-profit organization is seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, programming, events, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of regular programs, special projects, and community events while supporting the organization’s mission to serve families and individuals in need. This role requires someone with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Chassidish community to successfully connect with clients, volunteers, and staff. Responsibilities: Operations Management – Oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure efficient workflow across departments. Program & Event Coordination – Plan and execute regular and special programs, retreats, and community events, ensuring high-quality delivery and smooth logistics. Volunteer & Community Engagement – Lead volunteer recruitment and coordination, fostering meaningful relationships between volunteers and families. Administrative & Fundraising Support – Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, assist with fundraising initiatives, and contribute to expanding and enhancing services. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills Capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant management or operational experience, preferably in a community or non-profit setting. Proficiency in English and Yiddish (spoken and written). Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
