A mental health clinic is seeking a growth-oriented LCSW Clinical Supervisor to join their supportive, hybrid work environment.

The role includes supervising clinical staff and maintaining a client caseload, with an emphasis on professional development and high clinical standards. Both part-time and full-time applicants are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to Masters-level clinicians and social work interns.

• Oversee clinical documentation, treatment planning, and ensure compliance with OMH standards.

• Support staff in risk assessments, crisis interventions, and quality client care.

• Participate in clinical team development through trainings, performance evaluations, and case conferences.

Skills:

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with DSM-5 and risk/suicide assessment procedures.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Requirements:

• Valid NYS LCSW required.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
• Experience in psychotherapy (minimum 1 year).
• Interest in teaching, clinical growth, and working with diverse populations.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) and SIFI certification are a plus.
• Availability for some evening or Saturday hours.
