A Revenue Cycle Management Company is seeking an experienced RPA Business Analyst to join their team. 

The RPA Business Analyst will identify automation opportunities, create and document process workflows, and gather business requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and understand business processes.
• Analyze existing processes and workflows and recommend areas for automation.
• Collaborate with the development team to design RPA solutions that meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and technical specifications.
• Conduct testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of RPA tools, techniques, and industry trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• A solid understanding of RPA concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath.
• UiPath Certified Professional Automation Business Analyst (UiABA) is a big advantage.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• A proven track record of successfully delivering automation projects.
