The ideal candidate will have a proven background in HR management, with strong expertise in implementing policies and procedures. This role involves working directly with companies to assess their HR needs, develop comprehensive rulebooks, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies.

Responsibilities include:

• Visit client companies to assess their HR needs and design tailored HR policies and procedures.

• Develop and implement comprehensive employee handbooks, rulebooks, and codes of conduct.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws through audits and policy adjustments.

• Provide training and support to management teams on HR best practices, including performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.

Skills required:

• Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
