A growing Business Equipment Solutions Company is seeking a motivated and personable In-House Sales Representative to help drive new business and support existing client relationships.

This role is ideal for a professional with experience in sales, business development, or account management who enjoys working in a collaborative, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through phone, email, and occasional in-person contact
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Generate and follow up on leads to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
  • Comfortable working in a structured office environment
