An Insurance Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Secretary to join their team. Experience in the insurance industry is a significant advantage.

The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and assisting with various tasks related to insurance processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the office, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Ensure that all office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Ensure that messages are relayed promptly and accurately to the appropriate team members.

  • Assist in preparing, proofreading, and formatting documents related to title insurance, such as title commitments, policies, and closing documents. Ensure all documents are accurate and professionally presented.

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Address inquiries and provide information about the company's services, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Skills required:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Experience in the insurance industry is a significant plus.
