A busy landscaping company is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to manage office operations and financial record-keeping.

This flexible, part-time position is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling administrative and bookkeeping tasks in a small business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office tasks, including scheduling, emails, and customer communication.
  • Handle bookkeeping duties such as invoicing, payroll entry, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with monthly and year-end financial reports.
  • Support management with data entry, supply orders, and general administrative duties.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles (2+ years preferred).
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and small business operations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
