Administrative Assistant

A leading eCommerce Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to join their team and support the operations.

The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in Excel and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. This role will involve assisting with product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and record-keeping.

  • Utilize Excel to maintain and analyze sales and inventory data and generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone.

  • Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment and coordinate with the shipping team to manage and track shipments.

Skills required:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

  • Previous experience in an e-commerce environment is preferred.
