A Special Education Service Provider is seeking a compassionate and experienced Lawyer to provide expert representation and advocate for the services that students need.

This position is open to recent law graduates and experienced lawyers. 

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court when necessary.
• Providing legal representation to students and their families in cases related to access to services & education.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate case records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Engaging in mediation and negotiation to reach favorable settlements on behalf of clients.

Skills needed:

• Highly compassionate and empathetic.
• Negotiation and advocacy skills
• Strong research and legal writing skills.

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
  
• Advocacy experience is a big plus.
