A busy retail store is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and skilled at managing both staff and inventory. This is a full-time role with hours Sunday–Thursday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM and Friday 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and staff scheduling.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve issues promptly.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor relationships.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of retail management experience preferred.

• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and managing staff.

• Ability to work the required schedule: Sunday–Thursday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.
