A growing Business Equipment Solutions Company is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in a mid-sized, fast-paced office environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management or administrative leadership role and will ensure that the office runs smoothly, team members are supported, and business processes are carried out efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Manage daily office functions, including supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination to maintain a productive work environment.
- Team Support: Serve as a key support resource for staff and leadership, helping coordinate internal communications, meetings, and onboarding for new hires.
- Administrative Oversight: Oversee filing systems, document handling, and general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and support company growth.
Skills:- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Positive, professional attitude with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or administrative leadership role.
- Familiarity with business equipment services or related industries is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
