A large Equipment Leasing Company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in retaining and expanding the client base.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction with our leasing solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and customize leasing agreements to meet their specific needs.
• Monitor and assess the financial health and creditworthiness of clients and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
• Address and resolve client issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective solutions.

Skills needed:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager in the equipment leasing industry.
• Strong understanding of leasing contracts, financial analysis, and risk management.
