A fast-growing eCommerce Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead their financial operations.

This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of our financial processes, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving the financial performance of the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports to senior management.

• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial statement accuracy.

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Experience in the eCommerce or retail industry is a plus.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
