A Busy CEO is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to act as his right-hand man.

The ideal candidate speaks has business management experience and will be expected to take full ownership of many of the CEO's side businesses.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicating with vendors, customers, executive team, and staff on behalf of the CEO.
  • Calendar scheduling.
  • Project management of several concurrent projects.
  • Proofing documents and generating reports.

Skills Needed:

  • Brilliant communication skills.
  • High energy and professional disposition.
  • Committed to completing tasks timely and accurate.
  • Tech-savvy.

Requirements:

  • Great command of both Yiddish and English - both written and verbal.
  • Experience working as a support staff to a C-level position or working in a C-level role.

Location: Monsey, NY

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $100 - 150k depending on experience
