A large Food Company is seeking an IT Officer to play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the company's IT systems, ensuring the security and efficiency of their digital infrastructure, and providing technical support to employees.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking components, monitor system performance and security to ensure smooth operations.
Provide technical assistance to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
Manage and optimize the company's network infrastructure and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data.
Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and implementations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
