A busy Food Store is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and profit-sharing opportunities..

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Implement and maintain efficient processes for receiving, stocking, and merchandising products.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service. Conduct regular performance evaluations, and team meetings to ensure all staff are aligned with the store's goals and objectives.

• Monitor store budgets, expenses, and financial performance. Prepare and analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

• Ensure the store complies with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
