P&C Team Leader

This role will involve managing a team of brokers, underwriters, and other professionals within the department to grow and expand our healthcare insurance portfolio. Experience in Healthcare property and casualty (P&C) insurance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Healthcare Department, including managing a team of brokers, underwriters, and support staff.

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the healthcare insurance portfolio, increase market share, and achieve departmental goals and targets.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare clients, brokers, agents, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property and casualty (P&C) insurance, with a focus on healthcare insurance products and services.

• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare insurance products, underwriting principles, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
