A Wholesale company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions, reporting, and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and intercompany accounting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software are essential for success in this role. Manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Oversee intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Process daily financial transactions, including cash entries, journal entries, and payroll through an external provider. Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and QuickBooks. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and adapt to process improvements. Strong organizational skills with a goal-oriented and results-driven mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Preferred). Prior experience as an Accounting Manager (Required). Strong understanding of financial reconciliation, reporting, and payroll processing. Ability to work independently and ensure accuracy in all financial operations.
