A fast-growing IT solutions company is seeking a sharp, driven, and process-minded Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive organizational efficiency across departments.

The right candidate will serve as the operational backbone of the company, helping leadership execute on growth and client delivery goals.
Responsibilities:
- Streamline Daily Operations – Oversee and improve workflows across teams, ensuring service delivery, internal coordination, and client communication run efficiently.
- Project Oversight & Tracking – Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across client and internal projects to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Team Support & Coordination – Serve as the go-to person between departments, ensuring alignment, accountability, and clear communication.
- Process Building & Optimization – Identify bottlenecks and create scalable processes to support the company’s continued growth.
Skills:
- Organizational & Execution Skills – Strong ability to manage multiple moving parts and drive tasks to completion.
- Clear Communication – Able to keep leadership informed and team members coordinated without micromanaging.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Comfortable jumping in, figuring things out, and taking initiative where needed.
- Tech Fluency – Experience working in or with IT, software, or SaaS environments is a major plus.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations, project management, or business management roles (ideally in a tech, IT, or service-based environment).
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
