A large Construction Supplies Company is seeking an Account Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and requirements. Develop and implement account plans to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts. Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide updates on orders, promotions, and industry news. Skills required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. The ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the building supplies or construction industry. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
