A leading cosmetic construction company is seeking a highly qualified COO to lead their operations, optimize efficiency, and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, with a preference for those experienced in healthcare facility renovations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s presence in the healthcare renovation sector while maintaining operational excellence.

  • Improve efficiency across all departments, from project management to procurement, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, foster a culture of excellence, and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Skills:
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of managing large-scale construction projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare facility renovations, including compliance with industry-specific codes and regulations.

  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven experience in healthcare facility renovations is strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations, industry standards, and quality control procedures.

  • Ability to drive operational efficiency and implement scalable processes.
