A security solutions company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to support the COO in the day-to-day operations. This position will provide crucial administrative support while managing operational tasks across departments. Over time, this individual will take on more strategic and leadership responsibilities, eventually evolving into a key role that may involve overseeing various aspects of the COO’s duties. Responsibilities: Manage the COO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and communication for internal and external stakeholders. Oversee day-to-day operations within departments, ensuring processes are efficient, resources are allocated appropriately, and goals are being met. Act as a liaison between teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks. Lead or assist in managing key company projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Track project progress, communicate updates to leadership, and manage risks. Help identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Over time, take on more responsibility for strategic planning and decision-making in collaboration with the COO. Skills required: Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed on time. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, leadership, and external partners. Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and propose solutions to improve processes, operations, and workflows. Ability to grow into leadership roles and take on increased responsibilities. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, operations management, or similar role, preferably within a security solutions, technology, or fast-paced corporate environment.
