A leading homecare company is seeking a strategic and people-driven Director of People Operations to lead cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and implement systems that enhance efficiency across departments.
This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless client onboarding, effective case management, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring alignment and workflow efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and support teams to promote high performance and professional growth.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Manage and optimize systems that support client onboarding, scheduling, staffing, and case management.
Skills:- Proven ability to inspire, guide, and support teams toward achieving collective goals.
- Skilled in analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing solutions that improve accuracy, reduce time waste, and increase productivity across departments.
- Adept at bridging communication between teams with diverse roles. Can ensure information flows clearly and consistently, leading to fewer errors and stronger collaboration.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with daily operations and balance big-picture planning with the tactical execution needed to drive initiatives forward.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of leadership experience in operations, preferably within homecare, healthcare, or another service-based industry.
Demonstrated success in managing organizational change, system implementations, and cross-departmental alignment initiatives.
