A Special Education Company is seeking a Placement Coordinator/HR Specialist to join their growing team.

The responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and onboarding professionals passionate about making a difference in special education.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for staff members.

• Liaise with educational professionals, government agencies, and community organizations to enhance placement opportunities and resources.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff, addressing concerns, and facilitating professional development opportunities.

• Prepare regular reports on placement statistics, HR metrics, and compliance measures for internal evaluation and external reporting as required.

Requirements:
