A billing company is seeking a Team Leader's Assistant to support the Team Leader in leading, managing, and holding the team accountable. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing projects, and improving organizational processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Team Leader with managing and holding the team accountable for daily tasks to ensure smooth operations. This includes overseeing project timelines and task delegation to maintain productivity and focus.
  • Help with project-related tasks to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with team members to identify bottlenecks and implement necessary improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quick and long-term process improvements. This will involve both problem-solving and coordination to facilitate the adoption of new processes.
  • Monitor the progress of various initiatives, providing timely updates and feedback to the Team Leader and other stakeholders. You'll also coordinate meetings to ensure alignment and drive project milestones forward.
Skills required:
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to keep projects on track and meet deadlines. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines is essential.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to clearly convey information. You’ll need to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders effectively to ensure project success.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify issues and propose solutions. A proactive mindset will be essential for driving continuous improvement across projects and workflows.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Managing multiple priorities and adapting to change will be key to your success in this role.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a project coordination or process improvement role.
