A leading retail company is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our distribution facility.

This role is essential in ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe, organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, leadership experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail supply chain setting.

 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping inventory to retail stores and online customers.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, promoting a productive and safety-conscious work environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory control, coordinate cycle counts and audits, and investigate discrepancies.
• Streamline warehouse processes, implement best practices, and collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety regulations, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics role.
