A large Judaica Company is seeking a talented and experienced Website/eCommerce Manager to join their team. The primary responsibilities will include managing and expanding the online platform, overseeing the operation of the website, and driving sales through eCommerce channels. Responsibilities include: Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing. Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to the website and increase conversion rates, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Analyze website performance and user behavior using analytics tools, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience and maximize sales. Skills required: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies for improved results. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in website management, eCommerce, or digital marketing, preferably in the retail or Judaica industry. Strong understanding of web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and responsive design.
