A large IT Solutions Company is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Field Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a combination of formal schooling and practical experience in the IT field. Responsibilities: Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices. Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and offer guidance and training to end-users on system usage and best practices. Ensure proper documentation of all IT-related activities and procedures. Skills needed: Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Requirements: Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices. A degree or certification from a recognized institution (e.g., Lincoln Tech Institute) in IT or related field. Proven experience in technical support or a related role. Flexibility to travel to different locations for on-site support as required.
