A Logistics Contracting Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable logistics solutions.
Identify and prospect new clients within the logistics industry to expand the customer base.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of contracted services.
Skills needed:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Self motivated with a "can-do" attitude.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales ideally within the logistics industry.
Strong understanding of logistics contracting, freight forwarding, or similar services.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities.
