Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with a focus on litigation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of litigation experience and be eager to contribute to various aspects of our diverse practice. This role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful work while collaborating with a talented group of attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation.

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.

Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and contribute to team discussions.

Maintain organized case files and adhere to deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bar is required.

  • 3-8 years of litigation experience, with a preference for candidates with courtroom experience in both New York and New Jersey.

  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.

  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
