Our client is a well-respected law firm in Hackensack, NJ. It is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join its growing team in one of its offices in Hackensack, NJ or New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities.

• Provide legal guidance and representation in corporate transactions and compliance.

• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of legal documents and agreements.

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient and successful outcomes for corporate matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and/or securities.

• Bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction (New Jersey, New York)

• Strong academic credentials.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
