Our client, a highly respected and rapidly growing personal injury law firm in Columbus, OH. It is currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, driven legal professional to make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical case reviews.

  • Negotiate and settle cases during pre-litigation and litigation stages.

  • Review policies, claims, and relevant records.

  • Draft and argue legal documents, including memos, theories of liability, and demands.

  • Maintain communication with insurance companies and ensure proper client medical treatment and billing.

  • Provide clients with case status updates and guidance with empathy and professionalism.

  • Conduct intake meetings with new clients.

  • Manage a docket of cases efficiently and per office policy.

  • Participate in IME’s, EUO’s, and recorded statements.

  • Handle trial preparation and represent clients in court if necessary.

  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of personal injury law experience required.

  • Experience with medical malpractice is preferred.

  • Must be currently licensed to practice law in Ohio and in good standing.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and writing skills.

  • Proficient with computer systems and general office tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze cases and recommend corrective actions.

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
