Our client is a well-respected law firm in Newark, NJ, specializing in the defense of product liability and mass tort matters on a state, regional, and national basis. The firm is currently seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle defense of product liability and mass tort matters.

• Take and defend depositions effectively.

• Collaborate with trial teams; prior trial experience is a plus.

• Work in the office for 4 days a week, with the option for remote work on Fridays.

Requirements:

• Admission to both the New Jersey and New York bars.

• 3-8 years of relevant legal experience.

• Demonstrated ability to take and defend depositions.

• Experience working with trial teams is advantageous.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
