Our client is a well-respected Law Firm in Newark, NJ. It is currently seeking an experienced Business Litigation Attorney with 6-12 years of experience in complex commercial and business litigation to join its team in Newark, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Represent multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government bodies in complex litigation matters.

• Active involvement in pre-trial, trial, and appellate matters across federal and state courts.

• Engage in administrative litigation, grand jury investigations, and arbitrations.

• Draft complaints, answers, discovery requests, and responses.

• Perform complex legal research and provide strategic oral arguments.

Requirements:

• 6-12 years of commercial litigation experience.

• Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills.

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.

• Licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.

• Proven ability to work as part of a team and engage directly with clients
