The position is within the Banking & Finance Group and we are looking for an Associate that thrives in in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collaborative, client-focused practice.

Banking & Finance Group advises on the wide range of domestic and international debt financings, including private credit transactions, receivables financings, structured credit, distressed financings, syndicated credit facilities, and growth capital financings.

Location: New York, Los Angeles & San Francisco

Responsibilities

• Associate with 3 – 7 years of experience in banking and finance transactions at a law firm.
• Candidates must be highly motivated and possess strong client service skills along with excellent communication abilities.
• Must be a member of the Bar in a U.S. State
