At Ease Home Health Care has an immediate need for Home Health Aides and Certified Nurse Assistants to care for our clients throughout Cape Cod.

Responsibilities include assisting with Personal Care, Meal Prep, Medication Reminders, Light Housekeeping, Transportation, and Companionship.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• PCA/CNA/HHA/SHCA
• Valid Driver's License, Automobile Insurance, and Reliable Vehicle
• Open availability strongly preferred, must be able to work days and one weekend/Sunday shift, if needed
• Submit to Criminal Background Check
• Vaccinated from COVID-19, or documentation that you are exempt for religious or medical reasons
