Responsibilities:

• Monitor Healthcare EDI X12 file processes, troubleshoot and correct exceptions, escalating as necessary.
• Respond to inquiries on Healthcare EDI issues with enrollment, claims, payments and clearinghouse activities.
• Resolve Healthcare EDI exceptions using critical thinking skills to determine root cause and apply solutions.
• Execute and update SQL templates using Microsoft SQL Server in support of ticket resolution.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience with Healthcare X12 EDI and the ability to diagnose root cause of file, header, segment and element level issues
• Demonstrated creation, modification and troubleshooting moderate to complex SQL Queries using MS SQL Server Management Studio
  
• Customer service-oriented mindset with an ability to identify and clarify problems, set goals and resolve issues
  
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
